Using our precision engineering facilities, we are able to Machine a wide range of Materials from plain Carbon Steels to ‘Exotic’ high tensile Stainless Materials, such as Titanium and Aviation Grade Alloys and the full range of Aerospace Plastics to extremely close tolerances.

Our Machining Facility has 12 CNC lathes turning components from 1mm diameter up to 300mm diameter. This combined with 10 CNC milling machines some with 5 axis allows complex parts to be manufactured with CMM verification. Working in a Machining envelope of approximately 300mm x 500mm all our machines have similar CNC software and Controls to aid flexibility of Labour. A full Grinding facility including Honing completes the total Manufacturing package allowing us to Machine individual specialist parts through to full assemblies on a make to print basis or single operation sub contract.
